Electronic Payment Plan
HPSC now offers all members an electronic payment option through Capitol Bank.
How does it work?
Capitol Bank can either deduct your membership fee directly from your bank account to ours, or you can arrange a plan with your employer to deduct your membership fee from your paycheck and deposit it into our bank account at Capitol Bank. Please also note that there is a one-time set-up fee of $5 that you will be charged.
How do I sign-up?
Download and complete the following Authorization Form and mail to:

The form is fillable form. Please complete the Debit Account section, Transaction Section. Sign, date, specify your address and mail it to the HPSC address above.
When do I have to pay by?
The electronic payment plan works as long as we recieve your full memebership fee by the end of May 2010.
