Beginners/Lessons*:
6pm - 7pm : Monday-Thursday
Intermediate divers**:
10:30am -12pm: Monday-Thursday
Advanced divers***:
9am-11am: Monday-Thursday
All practices begin on June 1st
*If you have never dove before, or need a lot of work on your approach and basic dives (front dive, back dive, inward dive) please attend the Beginner/Lesson practices.
**If you understand how to do an approach, and meet the minimum number of dives needed to compete (front dive, back dive, inward dive) and also are beginning to work on more advanced dives (somersaults, twisters) please attend the intermediate practice time.
***If you are learning and competing more difficult dives (front 1 1/2, back somersault, back 1 1/2, inward somersault, twisters, reverse dive/somersault), please attend the advanced practice time.
We will move people around to more appropriate practice times as the summer progresses. For the first few practices, please just attend which ever practice sounds best for you.
